RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Emma’s Essentials, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Only normal inspection and handling is allowed

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and shipping address

Please wait for our return instructions before sending your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the defect

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or suitable solution.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal upon delivery

  • Unclaimed package

A $35 CAD handling and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery.
